Get your questions answered and make meaningful connections as you expand your network. Join a conversation with experts including attorneys, economists, tax professionals, tech experts, fund managers, financial advisors, and other industry leaders.
Engage in discussions with other members on the group's private discussion platform. Multiple channels allow different discussions. This is the primary location to exchange information with other members.
Members are all encouraged to join our monthly virtual happy hours. Grab a beverage in the comfort of your own home, and get to know your fellow members in structured breakout groups.
Members can opt in to be referred to our trusted broker-dealer partner to receive a curated selection of monthly private placement deals. The broker-dealer partner facilitates deal discussion over a separate portal. There members will be able to exchange information and directly engage deal sponsors at the discretion of the partner.

As a self-directed investment club, the Club, itself, does not decide which deals the group will invest. Each member independently decides for her or himself to invest. The members, however, are in contact with each other. Those who choose to invest in the same deals have the opportunity to share diligence information and work directly with the broker-dealer partner and/or the sponsor.
An accredited investor is an individual or a business entity that is allowed to trade securities that may not be registered with financial authorities. They are entitled to this privileged access by satisfying at least one requirement regarding their income, net worth, asset size, governance status, or professional experience. Why do investment offerings come from a broker-dealer?
One of the benefits of investment offerings coming from a broker-dealer is that they have a higher level of scrutiny already applied to them. Investment bankers have assessed the deal and, in accordance with SEC regulations, broker-dealers are required to perform due diligence for the benefit of the investor. Even with institutional diligence performed on offerings, each individual investor is expected to perform their own diligence before investing in any deal.
No. As a member, each of the benefits is a choice. We encourage each member to actively participate. However, each member has a different reason for joining and different life circumstances. Ultimately, we want to provide value for each of our members.
Rules are clearly established to maintain the integrity of the Club and to ensure adherence to security laws. Members who fall outside of the established parameters will be addressed individually to bring the member back into good standing. If there is no possible path to good standing, members will be removed from the Investment Club.
The Club is only as good as its members. Many clubs are fine welcoming members on a transactional basis. We strive to form genuine relationships with each member. While we do not discriminate who joins based on subjective preference, we do ensure that each person who applies is fully aware of and agrees to the rules and expectations. We also want to verify their status as an accredited investor.
